    Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days via trusted courier services (J&T Express, Pos Laju, Ninja Van).

  4. Tracking Information:
    Tracking numbers will be provided via WhatsApp or email once the parcel is shipped.

  5. Courier Delays:
    Rozek Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or festive seasons.

  6. Return & Refund Policy:
    Returns are only accepted for:

    • Wrong items received
    • Damaged items upon arrival
      Customers must report the issue within 24 hours with clear photo proof.
  7. Non-Refundable Items:
    Items damaged due to misuse or damage after receiving the parcel cannot be refunded.
